FINALLY! After much waiting for the perfect tune, we decided to launch Concerto 1.0 On-Demand Edition for a public beta release. After months of performance tweaking, bug fixes, and usability improvements, we had come to the conclusion that there could be no better feedbacks and comments other than the ones coming from end-users themselves.

In the last couple of months, we released a private beta of Concerto On-Demand to our partners and close associates for the very first test drives. Their feedbacks had greatly improved Concerto's usability. Special thanks go to Pink Idea Design, Urban Realty, Xengate, and Loading Stone for their timeless and invaluable feedback. Now, we release Concerto 1.0 On-Demand Edition for public beta, and we hope comments and feedback from a much wider user would put us in better perspective on improving Synapses Concerto.

Synapses Concerto On-Demand Edition is our free for use customer relationship management (CRM) solution. It's entirely free for use because Concerto On-Demand Edition is where we release our new bleeding edge features and succumb these new features to critics and recommendations from public users. If we find the feature deserves its presence based on the public's feedback, then it would be released into our Concerto Lite and Concerto Enterprise editions (click here to compare different editions), where both are paid editions. In brief, all Concerto editions has the exact same features, only differ in its deployment plans and maintenace service levels.

We shall come back again with more news and updates on Concerto as we move along, as for now, please go ahead and create a free account on Synapses Concerto On-Demand. Here's a brief walk-through to creating yourself a new Synapses Account:

1. Go to http://accounts.synapsesondemand.com and click on Create a free account
2. Fill up the sign up form and click on the I Agree. Sign Me Up button
3. As of now, you had completed the sign up process, the rest is on our side. You should now receive an e-mail with details of your Synapses Account. For security purpose, your password is auto-generated for you, and is stated in the e-mail you are about to receive. Don't worry, you can change your password once you sign in. And after you had changed your password, not even us in Synapses Systems would know your new password. Your dedicated profile and storage -- yes, your data storage is dedicated for you only, not shared with other clients of ours -- would be created for you within 24 hours.
4. Once your dedicated profile and storage has been created, you would receive a notification email from us. When you do, your Synapses Account is ready to sign in to Concerto On-Demand Edition.

That's it! By the way, our free Concerto On-Demand Edition do not have a limited trial period. You can use it for work for as long as you want.
