Choosing the Right CRM Application
Date: 07 August 2002
Synopsis: It's a jungle out there. Everyone is looking for the right CRM application for their organisation. And vendors big and small are offering CRM application. To aggravate the already hard times, the ever changing CRM market constitutes the pressure to organisations urging them that they need CRM immediately in order to compete with their rivals.

Mistakes and Reasons for CRM Project Failures
Date: 27 June 2002
Synopsis: It is an awful truth that the number of fallen CRM projects has reached a level of disgrace to the CRM community. Gartner Group (www.gartner.com) estimated a 65 per cent of CRM projects failed and there are possibilities for this number to go as high as 85 per cent. The Meta Group (www.metagroup.com) has also presented their surveys on CRM failures stating failure rates between 55 and 70 per cent. Ironically, despite the tremendous level of CRM failures, organisations are still rushing towards implementing CRM. Probably that's the main reason causing CRM failure -- organisations are too eager to have CRM that they did not see the actual meaning of having one.
